Choose standard recurring cleaning for an already maintained home, deep cleaning for a detailed reset, or move-in/move-out cleaning for an empty home. If you are unsure, send the home details and we will recommend the right starting point.
Are the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and windows included?
Standard and deep cleaning treat the inside of the oven and refrigerator, cabinet interiors, and interior window glass as optional additions. The inside of an empty microwave is included when accessible. Move-in/move-out cleaning works the same way: oven, refrigerator, and cabinet or drawer interiors are priced add-ons for the empty home. Interior window glass and reachable window tracks are optional add-ons; exterior windows, screens, and ladder work are not included.
Do cleaners bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Cleaners bring the supplies and equipment needed for the confirmed cleaning. Tell us about delicate surfaces, product sensitivities, or access requirements before the appointment.
Do you handle laundry, dishes, organizing, or packing?
No. New Star is a cleaning service, not a maid or household helper service. We clean accessible rooms and surfaces. Laundry, dishes, bed making, organizing, packing, unpacking, and personal-item handling are outside the service.
Are you the cheapest cleaning service in Fresno?
No, and that is on purpose. Doing the work right takes time, so every quote includes enough hours to finish the listed scope instead of racing through it. We are not a heavily discounted in-and-out service, and we do not pad quotes either: the price follows the scope, and add-ons are only added when you request them.
