Move-out cleaning is a detailed empty-home service for tenants, owners, buyers, sellers, and property turnovers. It covers accessible room surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, fixtures, inside the oven, refrigerator and microwave, and empty cabinet and drawer interiors.
Before your appointment
- Move-out cleaning assumes the home is empty or mostly empty before we arrive.
- We do not haul trash, move furniture, pack belongings, repair damage, or guarantee a landlord deposit decision.
- Appliances and cabinets must be emptied before interior cleaning.
Kitchen
- Counters, sink, backsplash, stovetop, range hood, and filter detailed
- Inside oven, microwave, and refrigerator cleaned when empty and accessible
- Exterior appliances and dishwasher interior and filter cleaned where accessible
- Empty cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out; fronts and handles detailed
- Floors vacuumed edge to edge and mopped; accessible trash emptied
