Before your appointment

  • Move-out cleaning assumes the home is empty or mostly empty before we arrive.
  • We do not haul trash, move furniture, pack belongings, repair damage, or guarantee a landlord deposit decision.
  • Appliance and cabinet interior cleaning is a priced add-on; interiors must be emptied before the visit.

Ask for what you need and the quote lists it before booking, so the appointment actually has time to finish it.

Average lived-in condition adds cleaning time and can bring that same size closer to $360, and larger homes commonly land in the $450 to $600 range. Size, condition, and requested add-ons set the final number, and we confirm it before anything is booked.
Does move-out cleaning include inside the oven, fridge, and cabinets?
They are the most common move-out add-ons. Interior oven, refrigerator, and cabinet or drawer cleaning is priced separately and added to your quote when you request it, as long as everything is empty and accessible. Tell us what the walkthrough requires and the quote lists it before booking.
Do you remove trash, furniture, or leftover belongings?
No. We clean surfaces; we do not haul trash, move furniture, pack, unpack, or remove personal belongings. The home should be empty or mostly empty before we arrive.
Can you guarantee I get my deposit back?
No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord or property manager's deposit decision. We clean against a clear move-out scope, but damage, wear, repairs, paint, carpet condition, and lease rules are outside our control.
Do you shampoo carpets or repair walls?
No. Carpet shampooing, repairs, paint touch-ups, wall washing, and restoration work are not part of our cleaning service.
What should be done before a move-out cleaning?
Remove belongings, trash, dishes, food, and loose items. Empty appliances, cabinets, drawers, closets, and rooms so the cleaner can access the surfaces.
Why do move-out quotes include the whole home?
An empty home still gets cleaned everywhere the base scope covers: kitchens, bathrooms, closets, baseboards, and floors edge to edge, with appliance and cabinet interiors quoted as add-ons so you only pay for what the walkthrough requires. That takes real hours, so we price the full scope up front instead of adding surprise charges on site. If a cheaper bid sounds too good for that scope, it usually is.
