1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, booking a service, or communicating with NEW STAR CLEANING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
New Star Cleaning provides professional residential cleaning services in the Fresno, California area and surrounding communities. Services include standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Services may be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from NEW STAR CLEANING LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Consent
By submitting your phone number through our website, booking form, or by texting our business number, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from New Star Cleaning. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service completion notifications
- Follow-up and feedback requests
- Review requests
- Scheduling updates
- Responses to your inquiries
- Promotional messages (with prior consent)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. Typically 1–4 messages per service interaction. No more than 4 promotional messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability.
Compatible Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other participating carriers.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Star Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, website, or communications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Insurance
New Star Cleaning maintains comprehensive general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage to your property during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
