Move-out cleaning is about making an empty home ready for walkthrough, move-in, or turnover. This checklist focuses on cleaning scope only; repairs, carpet condition, paint, and deposit decisions are separate from our service.
Kitchen
Inside the oven, cabinet interiors when empty, microwave, refrigerator when empty, sink and faucet, visible appliance exteriors, and floors corner-to-corner. We do not move heavy appliances or clean unsafe areas behind them.
Bathrooms
Toilet inside and out, tub and shower including grout, glass doors, sink, mirror, exhaust fan cover, and floors.
Bedrooms and living areas
Closets emptied and wiped, baseboards, door frames, switch plates, reachable fixtures and ceiling fans, light blind dusting, and window sills. Carpet shampooing and repairs are not part of our cleaning service.
Final pass
All trash out, no personal items, no dishes or food left behind, and a final walkthrough with the unit empty so any cleaning misses can be seen clearly.
